 Rates

 Rates per hour – minimum of 2 hour and time booked must be used on same day. 

PLEASE ESTIMATE AND INCLUDE YOUR SET UP AND CLEAN UP TIME BEFORE BOOKING!

 2 Hours: $100, 3 Hours: $145, 4 Hours: $185. Day Rate / 8 Hours: $350 

Rates per block booking – minimum of 4 separate days booked and time must be used within 1 year.  12 Hours: $450, Weekly Rates: $850, Monthly Rates: $1500, Quarterly Rates: $4500

50%  is due upon reservation. 

Event and special occasion rentals available. Contact amplifylifestudio@gmail.com for rates. Non-profit organizations can seek discounted rate on off hours. Contact amplifylifestudio@gmail.com for rates. Amplify Life Studio has a 24-hour cancellation and/or change policy for all hourly rate rentals and a 48-hour cancellation and/or change policy for all Day Rate (i.e., 8 hours or more of booked studio time for any single day). If you cancel or reschedule within less than 24 hours for all hourly rate rental times or 48 hours for all Day Rate rental times, you will be charged the originally scheduled rental fee. This policy also applies to same day bookings. Therefore, if you book the studio for usage on the same day or less than 24 hours in advance, and thereafter cancel or change your booking, you will be charged the originally scheduled rental fee. 

 Studio Policy & Rules

Our goal is to create a clean and positive space for communities to learn, create, and gather. To foster this goal, we require the following: · All must respect the fellow patrons of the Amplify Life Studio and the building tenants. The main hallway and reception area adjoining other tenants’ offices are quiet zones.· Any sound system usage or live music must be pre-approved.· The studio must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon expiration of the rented time period. · The studio must be vacated at the expiration of the rented time period.· No alcohol, no smoking, and no illegal substances are allowed on the premises at any time. · Amplify Life Studio has a 24-hour cancellation and/or change policy for all hourly rate rentals and a 48-hour cancellation and/or change policy for all Day Rate (i.e., 8 hours or more of booked studio time for any single day). If you cancel or reschedule within less than 24 hours for all hourly rate rental times or 48 hours for all Day Rate rental times, you will be charged the originally scheduled rental fee. Amplify Life Studio has the right to shut down a booking if deemed to be violating studio policy or if deemed to be against the goals of the center. · Amplify Life Studio will not be liable for any lost, stolen, and/or damaged personal items that patrons might leave unattended inside or outside of the center or building. · No overnight parking allowed.  (To maintain our floors, tap/flamenco/Irish dance allowed but subject to an additional hour cleaning fee, if deemed necessary by management.)  

 Clients are required to provide current and accurate credit card information for security deposit.
